Through conferences, focus groups, and ongoing outreach, the project creates space for businesses to connect directly with city and state agencies, share their challenges, and learn about available support. By bringing together community voices and institutional partners, Thrive Seattle works to strengthen small businesses and build long-term economic opportunity.

Storefront Security Fund
The Storefront Security Fund provides a one-time reimbursement of up to $10,000 per business to help pay for security improvements that prevent vandalism and property damage.
Accounting & Business Consulting
Each eligible business receives up to 10 hours of one-on-one consulting on the following topics: Accounting and Bookkeeping, Marketing and Branding, Business Development, Credit & Debt Management, and Loan Support.
Commercial Space Permit Coaching
A Seattle program supporting eligible small businesses with commercial space permitting, including early permit coaching, application review, and expedited permit services to help streamline the process and reduce delays and costs.
Community Business Connector
Through a portal powered by HUUB, CBC members can access resources, connect with advisors, and engage trusted partners at no cost. A partner network advises on service delivery needs and ongoing program development.
This project is funded by a Neighborhood Matching Fund award from Seattle Department of Neighborhoods.
