Thrive Seattle is a community-centered initiative by SIBA designed to support small business owners—especially immigrants, refugees, and communities of color—by increasing access to resources, networks, and opportunities.
Through conferences, focus groups, and ongoing outreach, the project creates space for businesses to connect directly with city and state agencies, share their challenges, and learn about available support. By bringing together community voices and institutional partners, Thrive Seattle works to strengthen small businesses and build long-term economic opportunity.
