SIBA is excited to share a time-sensitive opportunity for nonprofits in our community. The Alteza Equipment Donation Program, in collaboration with Puget Sound Energy (PSE), is making brand new kitchen equipment available to qualifying nonprofits at $0 out-of-pocket cost — with no sales tax.

If your organization operates a kitchen space or addresses food insecurity, this one is for you. The program ends at the end of the year, so don’t wait!

Program Eligibility & Details

This opportunity is open to nonprofit organizations that are current PSE customers, including churches, mosques, food banks, and other community-serving nonprofits.

• • The nonprofit organization must be a current PSE customer.
  • If the location receives both gas and electric service from PSE, the organization may select from both gas and electric equipment options.
  • If PSE provides only gas or only electric service at the location, eligible equipment will be limited to the applicable PSE utility service.
  • Qualifying kitchen equipment is available at no cost to the nonprofit organization.
  • No sales tax is charged on the equipment.
  • The only potential out-of-pocket expense is the delivery fee. Organizations may choose to pick up the equipment to avoid this cost.
  • There is no limit on the number of eligible equipment units an organization may request for its location.
